Goatuccino is an indulgent milk stout with a twist. It’s brewed with several shades of crystal malts to layer depth and complexity in the roast flavours. Flaked oats add body, mouth feel and head retention. Lactose added to the fermenter builds in a subtle rounding and creaminess to the beer. That’s where an oatmeal milk stout recipe would normally end but we have added our twist. Madagascan vanilla pods and freshly ground Arabica coffee beans were gently infused into the latter part of fermentation to add highlights to this special beer.
