shipping and returns


Please allow at least 3-5 days from placing your order for the beer to arrive.

Our target is to ship from the brewery in the afternoon if we receive the order before 12pm. Being a small brewery with few staff this might not always happen but we will try.

We use APC Overnight Liquid Service to deliver our parcels. On the whole they are good but humans are involved and things can go wrong. Please bear this in mind when they get very busy in the run up to holidays, special events and other times such as a lockdown during a Pandemics.

When an order is placed and the correct email address supplied, APC will send an email including your tracking number. Please check your junk email if they are not listed in your email address book.

Please Note: APC is unable to guarantee a time of delivery. Our items are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. If you wish to nominate a neighbour, please put their house number in the comments box in the checkout. Items undelivered will be returned to our depot.

Our shipping costs are calculated on the weight and number of the items selected and UK Value Added Tax is included in the Postage Price.

We currently ship to mainland Great Britain only.

Alcohol will need to be signed for by an adult and ID may be required.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order then please contact Brewster’s Brewery and we will arrange with you for the return of your order and to resolve any problems. It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your items within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by e-mail at

refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

With regards to goods couriered the following will take place:

  • If the item was damaged and refused delivery (see returns) – Full Refund including postage
  • If the item arrived damage but not refused delivery and needs to be arranged to be collected via courier (see returns) refund not including postage.
