This mini cask has been racked to include yeast in the beer. Vent and leave to settle before you drink the beer. Good for 3-4 days from opening. Yeast protects beer and slows down its ageing so you don't have to drink the cask all at once! This means you might have a slight haze in the beer if it has not settled long enough or has been disturbed but don't worry yeast contains lots of good vitamins.
